Huge thank you to the extremely kind and helpful service department! Traveling thru MS to TX my new Lincoln had a difficult to find computer glitch that rendered the car un-drivable. Robby McMath & Cody Hood saved the day. I appreciate them taking my case and helping to get me back TX.

Thought I needed a new key, had to pay 300+ for a new one, was asked to pay 40 more to get a key made, said no, apparently it was the truck that was having issue and they wouldn’t refund me for a key that isn’t even programmed, the old one still works after pressing it 50 times….what a scam. Edit: The key wasn't cut, they said it would cost an additional 40 bucks to cut the key, and since the old one already had one I said no. They could just wipe the programming of the new one and refund the money. Edit 2: I was unaware the truck had an issue with they key, I assumed it was they key itself. They told me there they always try to fix the key first then look at the truck, had I known it was the truck, I wouldn't had requested a new key. I assume the diagnostic and repair for the Truck's problem will be in the hundreds?
