I came in for a quick haircut this morning and left very happy! Madison was very professional and informative. She listened to what I was asking for and did an amazing job! I really appreciate her!!! Will definitely be back

Worst salon experience ever. I went to have my hair styled into a low messy bun for my daughter's wedding. She spent 30 mins curling my entire head, then she back combed the whole top of my head and used so much of a powder play type product that it changed the color of my hair on the top of my head. She attempted the bun three times and failed then decided to just put my hair in a low pony tail and she twisted the pony tail and wrapped the hair around itself. So that just defeated the purpose of all the curling she did. I was left with a style that I did not like but I had been in the chair for an hour and a half for what was supposed to be a messy bun and I was on a schedule. The twisted bun didn't look too bad from the back but it was no messy bun not even close and from the front It looked horrible, looked like a helmet and was so STIFF. Here's the WORSE part the bun fell twice before walking my daughter down the aisle. And EVEN WORSE and the part that pissed me off. After the event we arrive home around 1am. I take everything down and here's where the nightmare begins. She back combed so tightly and so much that it wasn't just teased it was MATTED and all the powder play product made it worse. The entire top of my head was MATTED to the roots of my hair!! Even around the right side of my face. It took my husband and I a little over two hours to comb this mess out, it was so bad even he was pissed. This caused so much breakage to my hair and the hair around my face had the most damage. Then I had to wash it FOUR times just to get all of the product out! I went in with healthy naturally long hair and now it looks frazzled. She needs a lot more training, I went in for something so simple and it was just badly executed. She couldn't even tell the difference between color treated hair and natural hair. Madison seemed like a nice person BUT she does not know hair! AND I hate what she had going on with her apt BUT you've got to leave that at the door and get your head in the game. Bc now I'm stuck with the after math of the MATTED mess. Oh yeah, I paid $65 for this. I had no time to argue and fuss about this, there was no time to fix it anyways and I didn't want to get myself worked up before my daughter's wedding. So I just paid and left unhappy with bad hair.

I am beyond happy with my highlights that Madeline put in my hair today, the energy was amazing in the salon I loved that everybody was laughing and having a good time, the results were literally amazing and she also made sure I was 100% happy with the result of my hair. I got compliments the whole way out the door and on top 2 more while running errands right after because it looked so good from total strangers! I definitely have found my new salon and stylist.
