Dr. Terrill is a great Dr. Very kind and does all she can to solve what ever problem you may have. Nurse Carrie is as professional as Dr. Terrill. And at time a little better.

Omg! I do not even know where to start with this place! The most terrible facility in Starkville! Ive NEVER seen such POOR customer service! I honestly looked at the previous reviews about this place and all of them was negative but I decided to still go this place for service.. WORSE mistake ever! First of all, I didnt know it took 6 young ladies to check in one patient. Keep in mind, they also was having a great and LOUD conversation they barely noticed me! On top of that, I didnt feel welcomed at all! No greeting what so ever! Just do you have an appointment today? Then the rest are all just looking at you like answer and please go away! Lastly, I had important bloodwork that was suppose to be sent right away after it came back from lab, HOWEVER, after calling twice to check on this bloodwork I was told the faxing failed 30 minutes prior to closing. I was wondering why I never got a notice right away because this paperwork was so important but instead I had to call multiple times to get the answer I was looking for! This place is just really a disgrace! The ONLY good thing about this place was Dr. Mercedes Terrell! She was amazingggg! Great customer service, great communication! She kept me informed of everything & I am so thankful for her! But the rest of this facility needs new management or SOMETHING because it is ridiculous! DO NOT GO HERE! I want to also go above and beyond to corporate some way and some how but someone WILL hear me verbally because I am livid about my experience here!

Originally posted one star because I could not get in contact with the doctor for a prescription refill at all. I drove there and asked in person and they said it would be taken care of and it wasn't. It turns out that they have a lot of bugs in their system causing contact issues and prescriptions to not properly make it to the pharmacy sometimes. Got it straightened out by emailing a bunch of OCH people.
