WORST Experience ever! I dont recommend anyone to shop there. No greetings from them nor if they could help me with something. The staffs there has selective customers they want to assist. Why work there if you hate your job.

I was going to Ulta Beauty next door, but I saw this nice looking store next door. I searched the website to see if the store was expense and it wasn't. I visited Versona Accessories in Southaven, MS on 9/27/23 @ 4:00 pm and I wish I never entered the doors. Anyway, I entered the store, No greeting. Ok, I can deal with that. There was a sales associate walking back and forth, as if she was working. She crossed right in front me. But still, no greeting for me, not even a look or eye contact. I said to myself, "Let me get out of here. I don't want to spend my money in this place." I was out of there within five minutes. I guess I was the wrong person, in the wrong store. Never again will I enter those doors.

This is my 3rd time here when theyve had a sign on the door that they are closing early at 7pm. I have a gift card and can never get here when theyre open. Update your hours on here so I can stop wasting a trip
