SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake

My 4 yr old clogged up our toilet and it runs so it ran all over the floor in our bathroom, closet, and bedroom. Within an hour we had Briar over and he single handedly ripped out the carpet in our closet and bedroom. He set up the machines to get the moisture out of the rooms and left us feeling (though stressed out about the damage) confident in a full "recovery" of our property. Grateful for someone willing to come out on a Friday night! The team that helped out in the next 4-5 days were also great. We would highly recommend ServePro of Southaven! Thanks yall!

Today I had two SERVPRO guys clean my attic after a new roof left much debris. Wesley and Big Chris were assigned to this job. They brought all the equipment needed and completed the job in record time. I would highly recommend SERVPRO for any big cleaning job.

Come home at midnight with a burst pipe and water damage. We Called Servpro. Greg and Earl arrived at 2 AM and began removing the water and cleaning up. The whole team ( Robbie, Greg, Earl, Chris, Cesar, Mike, and Big Chris) is excellent, very professional, and courteous. They informed us throughout the entire process. We recommend them to anyone

I had a mishap at my house and my insurance company sent these guy's out...and I tell you that they went above and beyond...Greg and Robbie explained everything to me and why they were doing it....Bravo Zulu goes to Robbie and his crew...which is Mike...Earl ....Greg... thank you so much... Greg, Earl, Mike, and Robbie have been an anwesome team at Servpro, great customer service..it is among the best. They have made my restoration process a breeze.
