        The manager was not present when we arrived at the store and never did respond to the employees reaching out or corporate. At least he/she did not respond while my husband and I were there. It was a major inconvenience because there was a snow storm coming later that day and the employee put us further behind. There was a staff member who was unable to print out our contracts and he was patient with us. There was another employee, from UBox, who was very nice and patient through my frustration. But the manager who was not there has not reached out to apologize. No one from the store has reached out to speak with us about anything. We were expecting bad weather, but there was none that early on my reservation date and there truly is no excuse for the store employee to not be present to open the store on time. Thats super unprofessional and tacky.
