They fit me in with no appointment. Got oil changed, new tires etc and was able to do all in less than 2 hours. Internet worked great so I got work done while waiting.

Took about 5 hours just to change 2 tires and repair one, plus had to go back cause they messed up a tire sensor that took another 2 hours and wife had to go back for couple more hours to get fixed

I made an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change. I was told that it would be $349 to replace a headlight because they'd have to remove the grill and component, which is simply not true, I know how to change a headlight. I was told I needed a new serpentine belt, which I agreed to, then was told that they couldn't find the right part after trying 4 different belts. When I got in my car I noticed a box with an oil filter and wondered if my oil had even been changed. Then finally after driving my car for about a half hour yesterday (first extended drive since the oil change) it overheated on a busy street. Thankfully I was near another Firestone location and they verified that the oil filter was new and full of new oil, but that no coolant had been added to my car. This put me in danger and could have damaged my car. I will not use this location again.
