Matthew Wigington: Allstate Insurance

Beware with Allstate when you file a claim they will try everyway possible to lay all responsibility on you to do all the work of the adjuster. You have to take pictures, precise measurements of damage areas, document every little aspects of damage loss. This whole process has been very exhausting it still not payment made after 2.5 months. Allstate will undervalue the damage assets, undercut the value of materials and labor. My local agent not to helpful when you reach out with questions about the whole process. Almost never in office when I call.

Worst customer service. Matthews employees have no respect for other people. The M girl, won't say her full name has no respect for other people when they have been taking my money WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Don't let them lie to you too like they did me, she is slick enough to cover her own self but I thought insurance companies were supposed to cover you. Sad when they take your money because the agent was not professional enough and did not add in all the details on her so called 'notes', AS AN AGENCY ARENT YOU SUPPOSED TO CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMERS AS WELL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE. My previous agent Ashley called almost every time their was a problem or to make sure everything was the same.
