    This hotel is filthy and does not clean the sheets and comforter! Cant even imagine how dirty the shower actually is. Disgusting. Had hair all over my comforter and bed sheets. Oh, and did I mention dried blood on the comforter too? NASTY!

    Very frustrating. We should have been made aware when making reservations the pool was locked and disgusting. People at front desk said, we can't even sit by pool to get sun. We have a 94 year old with us, and she enjoys sitting by pool and dipping feet in. Also a 12 year old that looked forward to swimming. Can't even do that. Rooms are small for 4 people. We stay at Hamptons alot and this one was fairly clean, but carpets in room were dirty. Front desk lady was short in conversation. All in all paid too much for very little!

    I reserved two rooms, one of which was supposed to be wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower. Upon check-in there was a sign posted that said the elevator was out of service. Since my room was on the 1st floor, I didn't think it was a problem. However, when I went into the room it had a tub and there was no way for me to take a shower. And of course they didn't have anyone accessible rooms. We ended up staying at the Fairfield Inn right next door. I would not recommend staying here. The rooms had an odor and not well maintained. I would not recommend this hotel especially if you are in a wheelchair. The last time I was in the area, we stayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown and had a wonderful experience.

    The staff seemed disinterested in being friendly. The elevator was out of service and they put us on the third floor the farthest possible away from the staircase. Room didn't have bar soap to wash your hands and front desk acted like that was a new Hilton thing. No recognition of diamond status. Breakfast was limited and the juice machine was out. They had juice for sale at the front counter but didn't offer those as a solution. Like many Hilton properties they haven't reinstored housekeeping unless requested. Property is in fairly good condition and has a great location but needs management attention to service levels.

    Elevator was broken when we were there and not that I don't mind climbing stairs, but when you have lots of luggage and and have an upstairs room and have to climb stairs then walk to the other end of the building to your room then back down then up, it was a major inconvenience. The AC cannot be set to on and goes off at night taking away the only source to drown out outside noise. Otherwise the free breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean.
