Landmark Internal Medicine

I have been a patient of Dr. Jain for close to 20 years. I always thought that I was well taken care of. The past few years I overlooked a lot of the things I thought set this doctors office apart from the rest. But things started getting worse and voicing your concerns does not make a difference. Aside from all that for the very doctor whom I valued his opinion on all my overall health to call me and tell me one thing to only deny telling me that once I got to the office was the very last straw. I went and had an ultrasound done on my throat as he recommended came back to get the results. Waited for over an hour in a full waiting room when no one is being called to the back. I left after voicing my opinion and he called me himself and told me on my next appointment he will pull me to discuss my result further. I caught Covid missed that appointment made another for him to say he never told me anything like that. Well dont worry I will find another Doctor. Something I know he wont care anything about.

The Doctors are great .. 5 stars..especially Krystal. & Erica.. Staff is pathetic .. front desk is awful.. I could say more 1 star.

VERY DISAPPOINTING, SADLY I'VE BEEN A PATIENT FOR YEARS, 12 TO BE EXACT. THE STAFF IS VERY NONCHALANT AND YOU SHOULD PREPARE TO WAIT AT LEAST 3 HOURS BEFORE BEING SEEN... A MESS. AS OF TODAY, I WILL NOT RETURN..

I've been going to Dr. Jain for years now..I can say that he saved my life...my B/P was so high would not let me go. . I don't care about the wait it's well worth it..to be an better you/ person take care of yourself first he takes his time to make sure you're ok.I Love Landmark
