Billing; Be aware of hidden billing even upon pre-approval ! Keep all paperwork and (authorization codes) and ask if they use (3rd party imaging specialist) that are paid separate ! This is not included in pre-approval ! Watch for hidden and extra fees. They dont tell you this at this center. The service received was fast and personal are good people to work with ! When they ask how many images you request, ask how much but send one to your local doctor too. Remember they charge for everything now !

The reception staff made me feel welcomed upon entry. The technician was an absolute jewel. Like the reception staff, she was patient and had very good bedside manners. I was very pleased with how the staff helped me to relax. They were great!

Appt was scheduled at 3pm I arrived at 3:15pm and completed all signed paperwork in 5 minutes. At 330pm I was told that my appt was 4pm. I explained that my paperwork clearly shows 3:30pm and the lady yelled that is an estimate. However others are quickly coming in completing paperwork and coming straight in with later appointments. They have to prove a point I am not welcome, No problem!. I will advise my family and others of my experience.

I visited this location with my Mom. It was located behind some other buildings kinda hard to find. But the inside was clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space out front. Once they called her back it didn't take long for her to be done.
