The Smile Center of Southaven

New patient and my appointment was terrible. I waited over 30 mins to be seen. When I set in the chair the tech wasn't that bright. She didn't know what to do. The doctor started to clean my teeth.the tech didn't know you can clean/polish teeth with braces. Basic fundamentals skills a tech supposed to know while servicing a customer. I told the receptionist that no need to schedule another appointment because I will go elsewhere. She look at me and understand. The process for basic teeth cleaning took over a hour. If you looking for a professional dentist this is not the place. You are warn. Worse experience ever. The X-ray took forever as well. The tech made several mistakes and waste my time.

We LOVE the smile center. They are always kind and take great care to see that their patients are comfortable. All three of my grown children and my grandchildren go here. We get in and out of our appointments on time and leave feeling appreciated. Katie always makes sure everyone leaves with a beautiful smile! Thank you Smile Center for caring for my family so well!

Im utterly astounded this dump even sniffs at a five-star rating! I reached out multiple times, got ignored, hung up on, dealt with the most obnoxious desk lady just to schedule an appointment, only to be told to show up whenever on a Wednesday. After waiting an hour, I was seen for a measly two minutes, with absolutely no help whatsoever. And to top it off, they conveniently forgot about my insurance and referral when Ive already provided them with all the info! Total waste of time and energy dealing with these incompetent clowns.

I had a good cleaning and Katie helped make my X-rays tolerable by doing them as quickly as she could because I dont like to get them done.
