I used to love going here, until I got fed up with this eyebrow lady who works on the left seat from the entrancewho btw never had to do me any service but made such an impact in my decision to never return with her uninviting countenance from day 1, very bossy, and absolutely rude even when talking in arabic, and just worse when she had a chance to speak in english that time she charged me $150, she didnt even explain why. I enjoyed getting my hair done a blowout because I met two professionals who could do it properly plus a new one, I always paid $60+ $20-30 tip. Sometimes $80 + $20 tip. Cause they are sketchy and inconsistent with their prices! One day though, They used a curler on me and I got charged $150 and it was under the BRIDAL HAIR UPDO category I later find out, but theres NOT EVEN ONE SINGLE BOBBY PIN IN MY HAIR and its an updo to them and I asked for the same blowout. Thats just a rip off. I planned to come back for my birthday but didnt look forward to the same experience and thought I could curl it myself at home its not hard, just wanted time out from home. The new lady who just did my hair didnt come out and say sorry for the double and more charge or new pricing. Also, FYI, they forget what you want done, like they dont keep a file for returning customers, i have to keep explaining every time what a blowout is. I miss going there, but I wont because I hate seeing that awful eyebrow lady just ruins my me time to be real honest.

The Bombay location in Southaven is amazing, Halah did my hair and it turned out amazing. If anyone is looking for a professional stylist she is the one. I would not trust anyone else to do my hair. The staff is amazing and helpful, and try their best to keep you satisfied.

I normally have a great experience, but today I was skipped over more than once and the lady took off too much on my eyebrows. One of my eyebrows is shorter than the other in a noticeable way. Even with all this poor service I received, I still left a tip.

My girl Israa did my eyebrows and lashes so good!!! She took her time with everything and made my lashes look like a cat eye. If there is something wrong, she will definitely fix it the way you like it! she gained a forever client!!
