Used to be Bancorpsouth, its my love to come Bank. Couple weeks ago, I ran there asking Cadence Bank to verify the cashier check to make sure I dont get scammed, and surprisingly R. refused to help. Doing business, we depending on our banks assistance so that we dont get scammed by many crooks out there. And my bank turned me down for a simple phone call. Jeff has an outstanding customer service and thats hard to find nowadays. Still the bank I love.

If you come here, always use a teller. I don't trust their ATM after it stole a deposited I made a locked me out. I called the bank while I was there and reported it. I did not move from the ATM, and they did not give me full credit for the deposit I made. Plus, it seems like it doesn't. matter what location you go to, the ATM will be broke if you need to make a withdrawal. On the positive side, the tellers are very nice and professional each time I go. So that's why I give is 5

The ATM machine is a hit and a miss. Seems like it is always broken. Went by today and someones card was stuck in the machine with a balnk screen, except for the cadence logo in top left corner......
