Raven and Dylan were awesome but Midas prices are very expensive I paid $1386 for a brake job for front and back brake pads and 4 rotors and standard oil change this was ridiculous pricing not happy ..... Midas will never receive my business again .... I contacted 3 other businesses and was given a quote by half the price.... I should have done better research very displeased to say the least

Stop and avoid at all cost. I'll try to explain as quickly as possible because it is a long story. Multiple brake warning lights appeared on my Ford f-150 and I took it in for an inspection. They determined my ABS control module was bad and needed to be replaced and told to come back in a week while the part was ordered. During this time my cruise control was still operating. Part arrived and I take it in, few hours later it is done but they say their reader broke and can't communicate with the unit to program it and I also asked for the old unit as my company needs it to confirm the expense, but they said they needed to hold on to see if any data needs to be transferred. They charged me $1400 on a service that is still not complete and is dangerous to operate as long as I don't slam my brakes which will cause the brakes to lock which considering how much it rains in the area and with bad drivers known here. The bill had no details on the part used but I later found out that the part was gouged by 2-3 times more its normal price. They had to get an independent tech to come out and use his reader which would take 3-4 days to come out. I said okay just give me a call before he arrives as I can make it to the shop in 20 minutes. During the wait I've noticed that more warnings were shown and my cruise control was now inoperable. The day arrived and they never called, I went 2 days later and said you guys never called. They said it was a miscommunication as the tech arrives without warning and leaves because I didn't leave the vehicle. A week later the tech arrives and isn't able to communicate with the unit as well stating the part is used. Inside the shop I overheard the tech and owner talking and the owner states that they too couldn't communicate with the unit which means that the reader didn't break and they lied. I was feed up with their workmanship and asked them to stop and put in the old part and issue a refund. Their excuse was that they're a franchise and don't have to give a refund but will reorder the part again. The replacement came in and still would not operate. They found out that the wiring harness was sending a feedback that was also damaging the module and had to send it to the Ford dealership to fix it and ask to pay half of the cost which would be around $1700. I told them to email me an estimate for the repairs so I can have my company approve the repairs. I've waited and never received an estimate and found out that repairs were already taken place without my approval and the price jumped to $2200. I believe that the mechanics yank the harness and caused damaged to the connections which caused the whole issue, it might have been some wear and tear from daily use but when I got my truck back the first time and I noticed the cruise control wouldn't activate I determined they damaged something. I've lost more money on Uber rides to the airport, car rentals and missing work because they couldn't communicate with me on how long the repairs would take. Finally after more than a month since I took it in for an inspection the last bill I'd had to pay was $1132 for their mistake and they still wouldn't give me the detailed report from the dealership so I don't know if they gouged the price and the original part was not returned which I stated is needed and a right to be returned. I should've read the reviews first and hope you avoid them for any service. On a side note, I also tried to reach out to their customer service department in their web page but still have not been contacted, guess their customers don't matter.
