5:14 pm; two lackadaisical young people are the only ones in the store. First Davonne rolls her eyes when I ask her to check to see if I have selected the correct wiper blades. Then Taylor cant get off his phone to help me install them, so I will move on to another company where service is still offered. Bye bye AutoZone, that was a $70 dollar sale you lost!

Woman was very rude and on the phone with her mother the whole time and treated me like I was interrupting her phone call. Just went to pick up an item I reserved (it was her I talked to) and she said no one called. She didnt ask enough about my vehicle and gave me the wrong thing. I didnt notice at first because I just wanted to LEAVE. I went to the autozone on Goodman and getwell for a refund and they said that people come to them all the time because of her terrible service. Wont be back until they replace the staff, I dont know her name but she has a yellow iPhone

I went in to buy a radiator cap for an Rv. Had the manufacturer of the cap and the pressure rating. The female at the counter said it could not be looked up that way. The manager came by and told me the same thing. He also said to go to a car dealer. I went to a competitor with same information and was assisted immediately and found a cap with the correct pressure rating. So disappointed with auto zone for being unwilling to help
