        This place is ridiculous. My rent is $1595 month. I've had ROACHES since 10/23. The unit is horrible steps concrete is damaged. The agent told me the unite is under renovation and that was Oct. My neighbors above me and across from me are NASTY. Trash in front of door, damaged window binds they fight all the time police is always at this unit .this place is going down. If you like living with ROACHES WATERBUG this is the place

        The staff was excellent. Loved the apartments we saw. You get a lot more for your dollar here so definitely recommend. It's close to all the shops and restaurants you'll ever need.

        If you or anyone you know is looking for an apartment to rent TELL THEM DO NOT WASTE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THE LUXE APARTMENTS. they never have water, they just fixed my ac unit 3 days ago and its ALREADY broke again. Their supposed to have on site laundry mat and they do but literally NONE of the washers work. 2 are leaking water everywhere and the other one just ate my money. We pay almost 1400$ for a 1 BEDROOM and this place does not do any upkeep or nothing. This is ridiculous. The building across from mines ac units are messed up too. For all the money we pay to live here you would think they could fix whats broken or at least have 1 working washing machine to use. Im so ready for our lease to be up because this place SUCKS.
