        First time at Newk's, placed a curbside order, called after arrival they said they'd be right out, but I waited 15 minutes. I then went inside to find my order was sitting on the counter, hadn't even been bagged. I was standing at the pickup counter for 5 minutes before an employee even acknowledged me. He then bagged up my order and handed it to me...no apology, nothing.
