Do not recommend. Highly unprofessional. Only one tech present for study. Were I a woman, Id have left. Operation and results conflicted with what was told. They were very eager to set up a second visit without a good explanation of why. My opinion is that patient care and comfort are not the goal. If youre considering this place, visit it first.

Would not recommend Balance Sleep Center to anyone. The only redeeming factor of Balance is that the office ladies that he hires are kind and try to be helpful, even though they often times not helpful probably due to mismanagement by Patel or lack of training. They did not submit prior authorizations in a timely manner. They did not refill my xyrem prescription on time even though I reminded them and Dr. Patel said he would. I have spent hours talking with staff over the course of a year because of the mismanagement.Dr. Patel did not take accountability or responsibility for this; he blamed his staff when he is ultimately responsible. They way Balance schedules appointments is ridiculous. About the only time you can schedule an in person appointment is Wed at 12pm; otherwise, all other appts are zoom "appointments" where the doctor will call "anytime between 12pm-2pm" only on Wed. I don't have the time to reserve a 2 hour slot in my day for the doctor to call anytime according to his convenience, do you? Very inconvenient. Appointment time is short, maybe 10 min the most. Dr. Patel was also quite rude to me over the phone and raised his voice and had an aggressive tone. I have been patient with Dr. Patel's practice for over a year always giving the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough. There is a reason Balance has already has so many bad reviews. I should have trusted those reviews. I regret that gave them the benefit of the doubt and I was so patient with them and stayed for so long. I received poor healthcare for my sleep disorder and wasted a lot of my time and mental energy. I hope this review helps you to make an informed decision. I really don't like giving bad reviews, but out of my conscience I had to say something because I don't want other patients to go through the same terrible experience I did.

Unorganized and unprofessional. No customer service. I had to ask for a receipt for my full cash payment. 2 weeks later I still dont have the machine . If the office staff shows up at all she is absolutely no help

Please do not go to this clinic. They were not honest about my out of pocket expense.

Theyre very unorganized and inconsiderate of their patients. They schedule several unecessary follow up visits in order to make more money.
