        Within sixty seconds of starting the very first service, the technician weedeated down one of my snowball viburnum plants. When I pointed it out he laughed! When I tried to phone the company all I received were recorded messages. We had used this company on several commercial properties and they were good. This is incredibly disappointing in terms of residential service. To their credit, management did reach out to me thereafter. They were very apologetic and will be replacing my plant. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

        This company damages, low income families property and will not replace them! They cut the grass and leave it like that! With blowing it off! This is a low down company! They cut my vegetables down out of my garden! Which I plant every year to in sure my children get there vegetables in without paying a Penny to much ! As well to teach them to grow and learn about the food they are eating! This year has been a disaster for our winter food because this company lack of respect for the next person things! But that not it as I was trying to bring the vegetable back to life by add rain water and plant food! The company come the next day to cut wet grass and run clean over my water and bucket I set out to collect rainwater and destroys it! But wait there is more they said they didn't do it when piece of the bucket was all the way in the my neighbors yard seen when live in low income house they don't care about our things. This just my story! They broke out car window and it come out of the car owns pocket! Like we can afford to pay for our our visitors window! When they broke it! Not a cool company to get involved with! Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

      While we do our best to train our technicians to handle the scenarios they may encounter, the variability associated with landscape maintenance can be challenging, and incidents do occasionally occur, especially on new and unfamiliar properties. Regardless, we are very sorry about the incident that occurred with our field technician damaging your snowball viburnum plant and his response. We also apologize for missing your call. Our very capable office manager was busy at the time, but we always return missed calls promptly, especially those about complaints. As a business, we do our best to make things right and replaced the plant two days after the incident.       I'll do my best to respond to this review. I believe you reside at an apartment complex which our company maintains. During our service visit yesterday, a severe rainstorm occurred at the end of our visit and prevented us from completing our work. It is impossible to clean up a property when an inch of rain comes down during the middle of a service visit of a large property. The property is being cleaned up today now that the standing water has dried up. To our knowledge, there are no gardens on the property. Our service agreement dictates that we are responsible for making sure that the flower beds in front of each unit are kept up. I believe there was a situation where a vine which had grown out several yards into the middle of the turf was removed in accordance with our service procedures. After removing the vine, our crew member learned that it was a squash vine and offered to pay for the squash but the offer was not accepted. An additional complaint was made about a small water bucket being damaged which our crew insists that they did not damage. The crew leader offered to pay to replace the bucket but the offer was not accepted. We service several apartment complexes and from time-to-time receive fraudulent damage claims by tenants who have existing damage to their vehicles and try to have us pay for the repairs. Our technicians are taught to be proactive in reporting damage to vehicles. The only similar situation we are aware of at this apartment complex is one where one of our technicians noticed a cracked back left window in a vehicle parked in a driveway. He courteously knocked on the door, pointed out the cracked window, and asked if we had damaged the window. The tenant confirmed that the car window had been broken so we considered the issue closed.
