You go do your healthy rewards but you can't get paid for your healthy rewards I'm waiting on three months worth of healthy rewards and I'm still yet to get it and have been calling for months

This is a very unprofessional company! If you have a problem, there is no way to get anybody to help you. You'll get passed around from sales rep to sales rep. We had a problem that's been going on for 3 months. They have been drafting are bank account for the payment but it's not applying on our insurance statement. So, it's showing that we are suspended. They 've drafted our account for a total of $10,000. When you call, you do not go directly to the office. You go to a message board somewhere else. There is nobody there that can help you. We've spent 20-30 hours on the phone and cannot get this resolved.

Was denied oral surgery and have been in excruciating paint since June. Took them a whole month just to deny me the treatment I need.
