Had a roofing leak that affected one of my outlets that caused sparks and shorted out. I called H and H electric and Jody arrived within 30 minutes. He was very professional, explained the situation and what happened and had a terrific demeanor and did an excellent job! I don't usually give 5 star ratings so let me explain... it's hot on an early Saturday morning and I'm in need of an electrician one that can be trusted, reliable and knows what he's doing...Mr. Jody was that plus more. I couldn't have asked for a more honest above board individual. It's hard finding good people these days but they say when you find something good you better hold on to it. I programmed his number in my phone like he's been someone I've been dealing with for years. Mr. Jody could have taken advantage of an opportunity and changed my entire breaker board but didn't, he accessed the situation and devised another plan at fixing the problem, less is more. Simple fix that I thought was going to cost me huge but he was honest about the repair and even allowed me to watch him while he fixed it, showed me his license of certification and made feel comfortable about him being in my home and taking care of my electrical needs. I called and he answered, even though he had other obligations he kept his word and traveled to see me. He's got a forever client here, I value character, morals and overall ethics in business because your word is your bond. If you can't give that, you don't have yourself anything. He was professional and tactful; I would most definitely utilize his services again maybe for another project along the way but for sure anything emergency that arises and would recommend him to anyone one that's in need of a reliable, reasonable, respectful and ethical businessman.
