        I seen Dr.Tanker for a cleaning. He was thorough and recommend the best route to take for dental health. Great personality. The employees were very sweet & helpful.

        Being a first time patient with Advanced Dental & being new to the area I expected great service. They have a young Caucasian lady at the front desk that has a very bad attitude. She greets people differently. She doesnt smile. After checking in, she continued her conversation speaking badly on another person while the lobby clearly had patients waiting. The dentist was very polite. He gave me a referral & requested the front clerk to call and set up an appointment. She waited until he walked away and gave it back to me and said, you can call them yourself. I WILL NOT RETURN. I have found me another dentist to get my cleaning done. This is a fine example of why its very important to have a great staff. One person can ruin your business.         When I first start going to this Advanced Dentist it was on County line Rd. In every one was so nice I had my veneers put in ,an they did a beautiful job.Than they move to Pear A.road in all hell broke loose they have a young white lady at the front desk has a very bad attitude she dont smile shes snapping at you when she talk I dont think she wants to be there thats how bad her attitude is.she go back in forth with you words to words I have found me another dentist I going back in to pay my bill I owes in I promise I wont go back I am not going to give no one my money to be treat like nobody When I first start going to this Advanced Dentist it was on County line Rd.
