        Update to post from 3 weeks ago- the company that makes the pullover I bought replaced the item- and Red Square did ship out to me the new one. however, the store still says it was not defective and a problem with the cleaners I used to clean the shirt. I have never shopped at a store that does not make returns- only store credit.

        Nice merchandise for both men and women- however- Stores do not like to issue return/ help etc. for defective merchandise. Tried to return merchandise for a credit or something - shirt was 88 dollars -will probably not shop there again. Ladies in there said they will work on it- we will see

        The shop owners are so hospitable and very accommodating. The shop itself brings you back to your childhood. I love this place and will definitely go back to it again.
