Our dog peed all over our area rug and couch. We are so happy Jeff saved them!! Jeff and his brother Lee are very nice, professional and great at their job! My church has a second building we use frequently for smaller gatherings and classes and we needed to have the carpet cleaned. I didnt know who to call so I basically took a stab at what place to try. Getting in contact with Lee of ServiceKnight was a breeze and he was very professional and accommodating. We set up a time for him to come out and give us a free estimate and allow him to see the condition of the carpet to tell us what he recommended. We were pleased with the insight he had and estimate he gave and made the request to be placed on the schedule at his next open time and he made sure that happened. His brother came out, on time and also professional, and did a tremendous job on the carpet! It not only looked amazing but it smelled that way too!
