The Indian woman who work at this bank is very rude she doesnt know how to talk to people she makes you feel like you dont belong at this bank like you need to go somewhere thats not there.I dont know where they find her but she needs to go back.

I have been a Regions customer for more than 20 years. However, the Highland Colony branch ATM, specifically the deposit function on the ATM, is out of order more than it is in working order. It is completely unreliable, and I am very annoyed. Now, I routinely drive to other locations to make smaller, "non-paycheck", deposits because their ATM is not at all dependable. People who drive through the ATM are usually in a hurry and need convenience. "Regions at Highland Colony, please get this corrected. It makes me want to switch banks! No other Regions Bank in the area has this problem."

Regions are the worst banks hands down. Terrible service. Rude people. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER ONE. BANK PLUS
