        My son had his windshield replaced in the Ridgeland shop and technician lost the retaining nut and cap for front windshield wiper arm. He was told they would order but they did not. We have always been happy with Venable in the past but the customer service with this incident is subpar. As a business you should never make a mistake become an issue for the customer and create additional costs for them. Service: Auto windshield replacement
