        UNAUTHORIZED CHANGES WERE MADE TO MY POLICY, EXTRA MONEY WAS REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT & NO ONE WAS WILLING TO ASSIST ME. ALTHOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT, MY POCKETS SUFFERED. Cheap insurance, cheaper customer service.
