    The worst place ever.. The overnight employee was asleep in the office with the lights off. rented two rooms for $200.. One of the rooms AC wasn't working, so I had to go back down to the office to get another room but when I did that the employee was already asleep again so we had to wake her up again just to get a different room. They have the free continental breakfast which consisted of waffles, cereal and coffee and juice also had yogurt.. Well the juice machine had a sign that said out of service, there wasn't even enough milk for the cereal, there was no silverware for the waffles, no syrup for the waffles, no creamer for the coffee. . had two choices of waffles original in cinnamon but there was no original batter for the waffle. We were a group of 10 seven of them being children.. So there's no juice for the children no milk for them but only coffee.. so what was I supposed to do give seven children coffee? I spoke to the lady that was at the desk and she acted like she didn't understand English.. They had water bottles on the table behind the desk and I asked if we could have those water bottles for the children since they didn't have juice or milk and the lady said I can give you one water bottle.. What the hell am I supposed to do with one water bottle and 10 people? We asked to speak to a manager but the manager refused to talk to us supposedly he was busy and wasn't there.. Then we told the lady there was no milk so she finally brought out milk. We told her about no creamer for the coffee for the adults.. We had to tell her about the silverware for the waffles.. When filling the silverware into the container on the counter she dropped the silverware on the floor then picked it up and still continued to put it in the container for us to use after being in their dirty floor.. Then she came back and told us she could give us five water bottles but again we had 10 people, what we supposed to all share the water bottles? When she said she was calling the manager all she did was hold her hand on her cell phone and stared at us.. After all of this the manager still refuse to speak to us.. Like they didn't understand English Nor did they care ... So we told the manager that we were going to call our bank and get our money back for the awful service and all the manager said was okay.. So we left the lobby where the breakfast was being served grabbed our stuff and left at 9:00 a.m... After driving from South Carolina all the way to Mississippi and only getting 3 hours of sleep.. Not to mention the sheets on the bed were dirty, we didn't notice it because we were so tired from driving so long.. If I could give this place zero Stars I would..

    I stayed for a week, it was great! The rooms are very clean, the property is very well taken care of. Plenty of parking, Complementary breakfast! 5 stars for sure and the beds are very comfortable

    As a professional truck driver we drive alot and deserve great hotel stay & service. This was first time staying here. I arrived late and representative was nice to allow me park truck and appreciated. The one complaint was internet or TV, wasn't working and should be checked before and after occupying a room. My remote wasn't working couldn't change channels. They gave other but same issue and for internet that another issue it's self. If you have an android phone sometime there issue with mirroring to TV, that happen and no internet for doing my paperwork. Reviews are important for management to see and hope they'll fixed issues. My stay was cool and slept good bed were clean. Rooms: The rooms were clean for motel stay. They did leave trash if it was clean beforehand it shouldn't be dirty. Safety: The truck was safe .
