Save yourselves the frustration of renting equipment from Bobcat of Jackson. Poor to no customer service, say they are understaffed. Many other choices. I have rented various equipment at other locations , Rankinin rental, Sunbelt rental Brandon rental. So just a few other options for you. If you are reading this save yourself weeks of frustration.

I lost all respect for this business. My father has bought skid steer, bought m35 mini, bought a E45, spent thousands of dollars on labor over the years. Last week he drove over 150 miles one way to buy belts for his E45. The people took his money which was 70 dollars or so. Then came back out of the building gave him his money back and said I cant let you buy the belts cause you have a bill for 565 dollars from 4 years ago for a/c work on the E45. Which the machine is about 6 years old and was purchased from them. When he picked the machine nobody told him it was a outstanding balance and he never received a bill in the mail. So he drove back and paid them the 560 plus the money for belts. But will never buy another machine from this place!
