Im always impressed with the business at 49 Tire Pros. They are fair and honest and they dont try to sell you anything you dont need. I needed my tire patched today and they had me in and out in 30 minutes even though they looked very busy. Doesnt get better than that! Service: Tires

Front desk staff (Casey) is always helpful, customer oriented & professional. However, the owner was very unprofessional today and minimized an error made on their behalf. When I got back in my car to leave I remembered to step out to check and make sure they replaced all the lug nuts on my tires. Low and behold, two were missing. This same thing happened the last time they did a tire rotation and they could not find the original lug nuts so they added some that did not match the original manufactured parts they removed from my car. Their solution at the time, was for me to go to the dealership and order/pay for matching replacements and they would reimburse me. I remember thinking at the time, how poor their customer service was. Why inconvenience the customer for their mistake? But today, was worse. The owner comes out, asks about the problem and as I begin explaining he interrupts me and proceeds to tell me hes not worried about a $4 part. They will just put some more unmatched replacements on there but they dont have any in stock today. What?! This is obviously not important to him therefore I do not trust nor choose to take my familys vehicles back to their business. Customer Service matters and when the owner himself is unprofessional, fails to correct their mistake, or even seems to care- unfortunately they will no longer receive my business. Four dollars turns into four thousand quickly sir. Customer service matters! Services: Tire rotations, Oil change
