        If I could leave a negative number, I would! I have never experienced such a lack of effort or accountability from a business! I sent my Mercedes SUV there on today for a rock chip. I just purchased this vehicle a few days ago. Once technician started on the chip, which was no bigger than the diameter of a dime, it began to crack even more once he put the mechanism on there. The technician himself stated that if he had the right tool/bit, that the could fix it and stop the run. The technician had the manager Mark come out. The technician even offered to go and buy what he needed to properly fix the run they caused, but Mark interjected. Once I was informed of this I called to speak with Mark. Mark told me that a run from a rock chip is a risk at all auto glass places, and as I explained to him, we should have been informed of the risk verbally and with paperwork. He also stated that some companies have the necessary tool to stop a run but they do not. The initial paper work given did not contain a disclaimer stating what the risk could possibly be. I was understandably upset, and told Mark that this would lead to litigation unless it is rectified. I told my the person that took my vehicle to get a copy of the paperwork he signed and leave. Mark purposely tried to ADD THE DISCLAIMER in AFTER THEY MADE A MISTAKE! IT WAS NOT GIVEN IN THE BEGINNING! He then stated, that "I know I didnt give it to you in the beginning, but this is our disclaimer." Mark then got my VIN number and said he would see how he could "help me out' after checking on some prices. This all happened around noon today and still no call back. I also called and got connected to the district manager, Bryan, who sounded as if he could care less, and was told the same lie, that he would find out details and call me back. It is now 30 mins before they close and no one has called me back. I will never refer anyone here and I will be taking the next steps to ensure that someone pays attention to this matter.
