Southwind Apartments

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. But communication with the administration is severely lacking. Multiple times if there was an issue with my account, I would reach out repeatedly to get it resolved. However, they would wait until after a late charge was applied to respond to me. There are also multiple email addresses without any confirmation that they are monitored. The phone is rarely answered when you call. It really is very frustrating as a resident here.

Such a nice place. It was a beautiful meet and greet I got to meet my neighbors and spend time with friends. The managers were super sweet and friendly. I had an awesome time

This apartment complex was the best I ever lived in a minute. I moved here in 2023 and recently just moved out. The management team Ms. Mary and Chanel were both great. They go above and beyond for their clients. They reply fast to emails, voicemails, and even maintenance requests. Btw the maintenance crew are top notch when it comes to getting the job done at my apartment. If I ever decide to come back to MS Ill be moving back to Southwind. Great Customer Service! Great Maintenance Service! Great ground keeper! Great Management!!!! If you looking for a place to stay. Look no further :)

Okay my friend lived here. Many years ago I was apprehensive about moving here. I still feel the same way maybe even moreso now. No perks for long term residents. No pool access for anyone. No barbeque access, no cooking on the grill, no community get-togethers, no promos. Staff doesn't follow up in a timely manner on any work orders. Rent is entirely too high here and very restrictive. Not a happy comfortable place to call home.
