        During ice of Jan 2024 my blower motor went out on my heat. The team worked with me leaving the part for me to pick up after hours! They helped keep my family warm when it counted. CHR will be the only number I call in the future for sure. Can not recommend them enough.

        My heating stopped working and I contacted them and there service charge jumped to 225 on a week day in the mid day because of my desperation because of the severe weather conditions

        When my heat pump started acting goofy, I did not hesitate to call CHR. A year or so ago, they worked on the heat pump and correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it and I had no doubt they would do the same. So, Brian and Wendell arrived when they said they would. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services. Theyre nice guys and know what theyre doing. Thank you Brian, Wendell and Sam

      I have no record of you even being a customer of ours. And yes due to the company being closed due to severe weather conditions that have shut down every company in north MS for a week we are running emergency service only and the emergency day rate is $225. The roads are covered in ice and we are only able to get out in a 4x4 truck for emergency calls only and even then, at significant risk. Your desperation has nothing to do with your rate. The fact that you were looking to skip the line of people waiting on a service call and have someone come out immediately on icy roads that very moment is what dictated your rate. We pride ourselves in our 5 star service and to have you come here and tarnish it with your 1 star review without having even used our service and based solely on the price you didn't like is shameful. And since I am sure this 1 bad review is the only one people are going to care to read then be sure to read this part, We strive to be the best not the cheapest. If your looking for cheap then keep looking.
