Collier Dental - Pontotoc

My review would be 5 stars, but I can never get them on the phone. Ive tried on several different occasions throughout the couple years Ive been going here. They dont answer the phone and if you leave a voicemail youre lucky to get a call back. Ive had a few different hygienists and theyve all been great. Ive had no issues with the doctors. Theyre all good. I use to have my son scheduled with me every time, but the last two appointments he hasnt been on the schedule overall the care is great - they just need to start answering the phone or at least do the call backs or have an email for requests.

They dont ever answer the phone then they answer without saying anything an place you on hold for 5 minutes

I have been going to Collier Dental for years and they consistently provide excellent care for my entire family. The dentists, hygienists, and entire staff are always personable, sensitive, and non-judgemental when it comes to my dental anxiety and discomfort (I have TMJ and teeth sensitivity). I also appreciate how well they work with my insurance to maximize coverage and minimize my out-of-pocket expenses. They are always happy to submit pre-approvals and claims on my behalf, and let me know what costs to expect ahead of time. Collier Dental provides professional yet compassionate dental care. I never feel rushed or dismissed there. I highly recommend them, especially if you have dental anxiety or concerns about cost. Their patient-centered approach sets them apart!

Everyone was nice. I am anxious when it comes to dentist appointments. But that was not the case at Collier Dental. They explained to me everything to me. I will continue to go to them for all my dental needs.
