Ms. Kayla Theriot, Ms. Jami Delvalle, Mr. Connor Delvalle, and Mr. Lee Branch, along with their team at ServPro, are excellent !!! — I had the opportunity to see them in action, recently, immediately following Hurricane Ida, as they carefully and meticulously handled the details of my water damaged home, after the garage flooded. —This team coordinated their response with rapid service, turning a stressful situation into a positive experience, with a great solution and outcome. —They were compassionate and empathetic, with a wonderful attitude to help, as they intervened by removing all wet sheetrock, cleaned-up, then set-up a commercial dehumidifier with commercial fans, plus taking inventory of the damage. They also sprayed a microbial disinfectant on all of the underlying wood framed areas of the walls. Next, they will help me report this to my insurance adjuster, saving me and my family a great deal of time, plus reducing our stress. — I highly recommend each of these individuals and their team, for any damage… at a home, dwelling, or building! — Thanks ServPro friends!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Servpro of Covington/Mandeville should you have the need. We had an unfortunate flood incident at our home while we were away on vacation. As hard and shocking as it was, “Conner” and the entire Servepro team made the experience tolerable. Efficient, knowledgeable, prompt, professional and compassionate are the words that come to mind when I think of their team. We experienced a protein fire which resulted in a greasy residue being left all over every surface in our home. From our initial visit with Laura and her administrative assistant, Harley, to every member of cleaning their team, we had a great experience throughout the entire process. I could be involved as much or as little as I wished to be. While the situation brought me a lot of anxiety, I soon realized their experience and expertise was more than enough to handle the job. They went the extra mile to make sure our home was restored to its previous state. I’d highly recommend this ServPro team to anyone.
