Elaine was great answering every every question that came up any time of day. She was always available and responded quickly via phone or by text. She personally took us around the town, provided any contacts we needed, and made our home purchase seamless! Elaine is the best. She helped me find and purchase a house last month. She is quick to respond to questions and scheduled showings really fast for houses I was interested in seeing. I found a house I liked the first time out with Elaine and she made everything move quickly, all the way through the closing which happened just over a month after touring the property. Shes a wealth of knowledge about southern Mississippi which I appreciated since Im not from the area. She also had a recommendation or contact info for every single thing you could possibly imagine- contractors, inspectors, banks, veterinarians, you name it. Shes a very honest agent who is truly trying to help you find the best fit in your price range. I trust her 100% and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling. As a first-time homebuyer I was extremely anxious to begin the home buying process. One phone call to Mrs. Elaine is all it took for the fear to ease. From our first phone call to meeting at the closing table took less than 5 weeks. If you allow yourself the opportunity to have Mrs. Elaine represent you, you will not be disappointed. She is a wealth of knowledge and knows her market. You will find that she is always available to accept your calls or answer questions.
