All I have is the high speed internet service and the speeds are great most of the time. However if you have an issue be prepared to NOT get much help if a technician has to come out. Their phone tech support has always been fine normally friendly and helpful with any issue that can be handled over the phone but when I had to have a technician sent out it went bad in a hurry. Its the cable company and of course they still havent figured out how to set anything but all day appointments. When I did get the call that the tech was on the way and would be at my house within 30 minutesno one showed up. I call to find out if anyone was coming and no real explanation of why just that he would be at my house in 15 minutes. 30-40 mins later no one. I ended canceling my appointment leaving an issue unresolved.

TERRIBLE services!! I 100% do not recommend Maxxsouth. Had the same person come to my place 3 times for the internet do the same thing. Tech support suggested getting Eero to help which does not either. Very disappointed and changing internet services
