Andrea Mixon, the owner, went above and beyond to provide incredible customer service. There were some glitches with our UBox reservation (not on the part of this location), and she went into action to get everything resolved and get us on our way ASAP. She was also friendly and helpful!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the owner of the U-Haul branch, Andrea Mixon, and I must say it was one of the worst customer service encounters I've ever had. From the moment I walked into the establishment, it was clear that professionalism and courtesy were not priorities at this location. Andrea Mixon, who also happened to be the front desk attendant that day, displayed an astonishing level of rudeness and unprofessionalism throughout our interaction. First and foremost, her demeanor was dismissive and condescending from the get-go. I had questions about the rental process and expected some assistance, but Andrea treated my inquiries with annoyance, as if I were inconveniencing her by simply being there. Her tone was disrespectful, and she made me feel like my concerns were irrelevant. Furthermore, Andrea's lack of knowledge about the rental procedures was glaringly evident. As the owner of the branch, one would expect her to have a solid understanding of U-Haul policies and be capable of explaining them to customers. However, she appeared entirely clueless and unprepared, leading to a frustrating and confusing rental process. To make matters worse, Andrea was visibly unorganized. She struggled to locate the necessary paperwork and seemed flustered throughout our interaction. It's deeply concerning that someone in her position could be so ill-prepared and disinterested in providing basic customer service. In addition to her unprofessional behavior, the overall atmosphere of the U-Haul location was subpar. The premises were untidy, and it felt as though cleanliness and organization were not a priority. This lack of care for the facility further reflects poorly on the business and its management. In conclusion, my experience with Andrea Mixon at this U-Haul branch was nothing short of a nightmare. Her rude and unprofessional demeanor, combined with her lack of knowledge and disorganization, made for an utterly frustrating and disappointing encounter. I strongly urge potential customers to consider alternative U-Haul locations in the area to avoid the unnecessary stress and frustration that comes with dealing with such poor service.
