        Room initially looked clean but dishes still in dishwasher, spots on the microwave, bathroom floor dirty, desk dirty, 3 rolls of paper towels (why??) and a toilet that is not level. Tv service is satellite dish that kept going in and out due to the weather. Service from front desk was meh at best (Ive had nicer customer service at other Home2 locations). I didnt receive my member bag at check-in. Its the little details that matter, thats why I choose this hotel chain however this location isnt up to the Home2 standards Ive received elsewhere.

        Nice stay, large room, they have soft water so you will feel greasy after washing hands or bathing. It's an extended stay hotel so it has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and plates. Spacious desk and living area for computer work, etc., didn't stay for breakfast, large parking lot for truck/trailer parking friendliness, restaurant options nearby and Jackson Ms is about 10 minutes West down the road.

        Short trip off the Interstate. I booked online through Hilton, and check in at the desk was quick and efficient as could be. Desk attendant, Latonia, was very kind and hospitable and made us feel welcome.

      Welcome to new Home2 Suites by Hilton Jackson/Pearl hotel, conveniently located off I-20 in Pearl, Mississippi. With direct access to several highways, our hotel is minutes from Jackson International Airport and Downtown Jackson, MS. We are within walking distance to the Outlets of Mississippi, Bass Pro Shops and Cinemark Movie Theater. Major businesses such as BlueCross BlueShield, Clorox and Siemens are a short drive away. Our hotel is close to Jackson State University, Millsaps College, and University of Mississippi Medical Center.
