As a customer. For a little over a they by far are the worst utility company ever. Will disconnect your service over $26 than will charge another deposit just to reconnect. Customer service agents will straight hang up on you.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. Ever since the company switched to Spire, I have had a nightmare of a time trying to pay my bill. I paid the amount listed on the website but then receive a late bill notice. So I called and was told that the new bill had not posted yet...even though the online billing said that it was due for the next bill? I was told that I paid the last bill twice, which doesn't even make sense when the bill online said that the amount that was due was due for this check. There is no other online billing website that I use that doesn't show the correct amount. Why can't the website tell me what I actually owe?
Of course I cannot even make an account online, and I was told that it will be YEARS before I can because I'm a former Wilmut customer. Also, when I called to discuss all of these problems, the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. She CONSTANTLY interrupted me to the point where I had to ask her if she would please stop so that I could talk, and then she admitted that there was nothing she could do to help me. I desperately hope that I can find a new gas company because Spire is an absolute NIGHTMARE.
