        Great place for health foods. Please try Yo Mama's Foods. They have several Yo Mama's pasta sauces which are low sodium and NO SUGAR without losing the taste. Yo Mama's has wing sauce too. Try this store.

        If you are looking to get natural products to heal your ailments this is your store. Awesome customer service so good that I pay a little higher cost than ordering from Amazon. The way I see it is the knowledge and experience I get while shopping makes it worth while. I spend hours in this store reading and meeting new people who share the same mission of vitality and good health. Every product comes with a print out take home copy for reference. They also carry premixed seamoss and herbal teas. Very kind staff and owners. You won't be disappointed. This is a small business so you are shopping local with genuine people that care.
