I was in the middle of a project and I attempted to use some special paper, but it got stuck in the machine. While hesitant to text Mr Stacey at 8pm with a 911. I did it. Not only did he answer my text, he actually called. This is so amazing because not only was he willing to answer the call, but he showed up in the worst weather(tornado warning/watch) ever and resolved the issue within a matter or seconds. This is what I call real customer service.

I have used Lanier Copy Products for several years now at my current employer and my previous employer. No matter what time I call and need help, they come out and fix my problem even when it is something I have done. They are always professional and offer great customer service. If they say they are going to do something, they do it. I have worked with larger companies in the past that doesn't compare to the service I get from Lanier Copy Products. I would recommend them to anyone!

Customer satifaction is horrible! (LONG POST BUT WORTH THE READ!) I called for a repair due to poor print quality & horizontal lines on my prints. I had a very sentimental event program to print & I wanted to be sure all went well. He said I needed a fuser belt & replacement drums. The fuser belt was one of the last few things he had repaired during a previous service call. He said two drums didn't need replacement, but he replaced them anyway to help me out without charging me for them. I am thinking, what an awesome thing to do, even though I still wasn't thrilled with the bill even with the discount. But I figured, as long as the printer works, it is worth it. Less than 100 prints later, I have the exact same problem, but this time it's worse. To add insult to injury, he refuses to fix the problem because he was upset with me expressing my concerns regarding the multiple repairs that we've had on the printer. I feel if I have to pay more on repairs than I did to purchase it, then there's a problem...basic logic!?! I love to support local companies, but in this case the bigger out of state companies who service our area proved to be the right choice for me. I went back with the larger company who sold me a higher quality printer previously. We've always had a great relationship & they've always been professional. I switched to Lanier trying to save money, but I gave up quality as well. Many times you have to pay a little more upfront for quality but in the long run it works out!! Maybe this was an isolated case...hopefully so, but I definitely wouldn't want to spend another few thousands of dollars with Lanier to learn it again!! Beware...(This is an actual review from a previous customer! *My review was posted last week. At the time of that review there were zero reviews. Less than two hours later several reviews began to be posted...of course all with above average experiences. It's wonderful that there are some happy clients, but truth is there's at least one unhappy client. When I updated my review with more details, detailed reviews were then posted afterwards...ironic!! The professionalism & integrity of this company has been sketchy in my experience. My review is just that...a review of my experience to help prevent someone else from having the same problem that I had.)
