Greywood Glen Apartments

When I say these are the WORST apartments I have ever lived in by far , I mean it! I lived out there for 3 years and the past year , it has been nothing but a living hell. For the past year , this place has gone down hill !! There was a new manager damn near every month I went in to pay my rent. They dont come fix anything, and dont respect or value the loyal residents who have been out there for years. I complained to the office for months to come spray my apartment from roaches but they never came. It got so bad that when I did move out my whole bed was infested with them. The roaches literally were coming from inside the walls and the plugs in my apartment. I called them about water coming out of my walls and my ceiling, did they come and fix it that week , hell no. Someone also kept turning off my breaker to my apartment and it was my upstairs neighbors, I told the manager and all she had to say was if you dont get a police report, we cant do anything about it. Not only was this my first complaint about my neighbors, but her son broke my car window and the office STILL did nothing about it. The place is disgusting and ghetto now. Its basically a section 8 project now. Save your money and please move somewhere else. Im just so glad Im finally away from that place.

The roaches own these apartments. They should pay rent, not us. Worst apartment Ive ever lived in.

Do NOT move here. They are infested with roaches and won't do anything about them. They will not fix anything. She will not work with you on rent payments if you find yourself in a binde. Take your hard earned money somewhere else cause you will waste it moving here. They are also VERY racist. The mold was so bad in the bathroom that there was literally mushrooms growing from the ceiling and nothing was done.
