Took me three weeks of to schedule an appointment for an assessment for my daughter because first they wouldn't answer e-mail or phone calls, and I had to keep calling until I finally got lucky and got someone on the phone. When I finally did get in touch, the "psychologist" took over a week to reply with their availability. Got an appointment a month out, and the day before the test they cancelled because the psychologist didn't think he was going to feel well the next day. While I would normally understand, it was clear from my early dealings with them that they were just flaky and probably couldn't be bothered to show up at 9AM. Find something in Memphis or a private provider that's more professional.

Knowledgeable, evidence-based treatment on a sliding-scale for payment to ensure that you can afford your mental health care. There are a lot of people in therapy who use guesswork or intuition to decide what treatments are best for their patients, but that's not the case here.
