    I highly recommend Brunner Heating & Air to anyone. I have been a customer with them for going on 3 years. Each time that I have had to call them for a problem they have always fixed whatever happens to be wrong in a timely and efficient manner. I am also very impressed with their employees. They are all very knowledgeable and professional.

    Excellent service. Our air conditioner quit working Sunday night. I called to schedule service at 8:13am Monday and they literally had it fixed by 8:58am.

    We called Brunner Heating & Air to look at our 27-year-old HVAC unit. It was beyond repair, hemorrhaging water, and dying, so we asked them to send us a quote for a new unit. We got the quote 3 weeks later and a $96 bill for a service call. Brunner said the delayed quote was because they were backed up on installing units at the start of summer. In the meantime, we went with another company that installed our new unit in a few days. In our dire situation, we never even had a shot at getting a new unit from Brunner when we needed it and recouping our $96. Brunner may deliver on repairs, but if you need a new unit sooner rather than later, you could be out of luck.

    One of our a/c units went out and I called to get a replacement quote as our home was sitting at 90 degrees. A time was set up and I took off work only to have no one show. I was told they don't guarantee times for quotes but I would still have to be home for it to be done. When would that be? The technician who did come a few days later was professional and seemed like a good guy. However, I never did receive a quote despite multiple phone calls and being told "we'll call you back". Terribly unprofessional office staff and no words can describe what I think of the individual who keep us in our hot house much longer than need be. You'd be better off going with Solo Air. Edit: I never said I wanted Goodman. I was looking for a quote for any of the units you did sell. The fact I was told one thing that never happened and the total lack of communication are my primary complaints. The waiting over 10 days for a quote never run and calls not returned cost us more days on the back end where we could have been out of that mess.

This is our busiest time of the year, and being short of employees, we are doing our very best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner. Per our discussion with you, we don’t sell Goodman brand products, and since that is what you wanted, we were unable to be of service to you. We told you this upfront and we’re as transparent as possible about our inability to get Goodman parts. Again, if you had chosen ADP, we couldn’t fixed this in a matter of a couple days. We would have loved to have been able to do business and help you with your AC. Again, we are sorry about your inconvenience.
