        I've been to numerous firehouse sub locations and they have all been top notch except this one, this one was definitely the worse of the worse, the staff clearly has no idea how to make a sandwich, I feel I was definitely ripped off, I ordered the smokehouse cheddar brisket and I swear it was all bread with a slight amount of cheese on it with maybe a couple micro shreds of brisket. I'm very disappointed , I ordered take out so I was already back to my hotel before I realized I just got ripped off. Some of the little punk kids behind the counter making tge sandwiches were seemingly rude as well

        This is a cute, small firehouse. However, that is the only positive about this place. We ordered a turkey bacon ranch with no lettuce, onions, or tomato. We got a turkey and ranch sandwich with onions. I also ordered a Philly steak with gluten-free bread, only to be told they don't have gluten-free bread. I then asked to have the sandwich with no bread, yet somehow it was the same price. Bread is no charge, is what we were told. Yet, gluten-free bread has an upcharge. Then, what i ordered came out wrong. When I approached them about it, they had to go to the back to make sure they could fix the order. The all-around attitude of the staff was frustrating as well. It's this generation, I guess. Good luck coming to this location. I would suggest an online order to pick up and check the order before you leave.
