        Was told that this was a good place for in and out shopping. NOT. I was eighth in line for checkout, 1st teller at number six spent 6 customers doing a return as number 4 processed the people in front of me. A manager or assistant manager came over, I thought she going to open another register, NOT. Helped with the return. I was next in line when another associate finally opened a third register. She actually asked me "was I next in line" even though the other 2 associates were waiting on the two people in front of me. Not sure if I will visiting this branch again.

        TJ Maxx, Olive Branch is awful! The lines are always long leading towards the men department. You have managers and associates on the floor that can assist during high volume times but management will not take the lead to get the line down. This takes place quite often at this location. Be prepared to wait in a long line otherwise visit store when they first open their doors.
