I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent dental procedure I underwent at your practice. I visited your office for a tooth extraction, but unfortunately, the experience I had was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I am shocked to report that the wrong teeth were extracted during the procedure. This blatant error has left me in a state of distress, not only due to the unnecessary pain and inconvenience it has caused me, but also the potential long-term consequences for my oral health. Furthermore, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and rudeness displayed by both the dental staff and yourself. The disregard for my comfort and the dismissive attitude towards my concerns were completely unacceptable. Not only did I have to endure unnecessary pain due to the extraction of the wrong teeth, but the lack of empathy and communication during and after the procedure only added to my distress. As a patient, I expected a level of care, competence, and professionalism that unfortunately was sorely lacking in this experience. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I demand a full explanation for the gross negligence displayed during my dental procedure, as well as a comprehensive plan for correcting the mistake and addressing the aftermath, including potential complications. I understand that human errors can occur, but it is the responsibility of a medical professional and their team to handle such situations with transparency, accountability, and a sincere commitment to making amends.

Omg when I arrived the Dr and an associate of his was having a personal argument outside using vulgarity I entered the office around back and when I got to the door I was greeted by DOGS barking I took it upon myself to enter thinking it was a service Dog NOT I get to the back to get X-ray no privacy whatsoever between myself and another patient I lay back as the anesthesiologist began to numb my mouth 5shots to be exact I still could feel she told me to wait in the waiting room until the medication kicked in as I got up the dog was walking around in the back I get to the front there was another dog in the office a young girl who was just back there picked the up and took it into another room as I gathered my keys to leave the DR was leaving too stating he wasnt feeling good I suppose not after the way he was cussed out by one of the ladies sitting in the office I left only to receive 3 phone calls and a Tex stating they were ready to clean my Teeth ABSOLUTELY NOT not sanitary or clean I would NOT RECOMMEND

Don't go here they don't know how to keep their files in order the confused me with a different patient this doctor is a quack
