        98% of the classes I have taken here have been absolutely perfect. The other 2% were probably the universe/God/energy telling me that in that moment I needed to slow down and be quiet. By far my favorite Yoga studio. All the teachings are right on time.

        For the past 20+ years I have been going to River Rock Yoga & Pilates. It is a far ride for me so that should tell you something about how special this Yoga studio is! So many beautiful things I could express about RRYoga but the ones that stand out the most is the overwhelming love, calmness, kindness, understanding, and compassion I feel from the people that practice there and most of all the teachers every single time I walk in the front door until the time I have to leave. What I have learned is my practice is mine alone and I have learned to love and respect my body. It amazes me what I can do on that mat! Moira has challenged me in ways I never thought possible and is there to offer guidance and lots of love! Thank you RR Yoga Moira and all your lovely teachers. I plan to be with you another 20 years. YES! Watch me!

        Phenomenal staff , I highly recommend ! six years ago I stepped inside River rock yoga and Pilates studio, it truly saved my life . Such a life changing journey. River rock yoga and Pilates , is a very compassionate and loving atmosphere. It truly focuses on the mind , body, spirit . Come experience it for yourself!

      River Rock Yoga and Pilates

      Since 2006 River Rock Yoga and Pilates has been building a health & wellness community on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We welcome you to try our yoga & pilates classes in Ocean Springs, as well as enjoy our yoga workshops and concerts. Since 2007, our annual yoga teacher training program has graduated over 100 yoga teachers. We invite you to support your body, mind and heart with over 20 classes each week, and our monthly community events. Our holistic approach to wellness is thoughtfully designed so that all ages and body types can benefit. Private lessons in yoga, meditation, yoga philosophy, and Pilates techniques are available. Mental health services and counseling with Moira Anderson, LMSW are also offerer
